 A full-time licensed California real estate broker and Realtor specializing in Santa Clara County since 2004, holds designations by the National Association of Realtors as a  PSA (Pricing Strategy Advisor), SFR (Shortsale & Foreclosure Resource), SRES (Senior Real Estate Specialist). He has also obtained the CHS (Certified HAFA Specialist) designation as well. Tito is also a member of the Santa Clara County Association of Realtors, California Association of Realtors, and South County Association of Realtors and has strong loan experience that comes in handy when counseling future home buyers and determining their ability to purchase property. He has successfully helped sellers in foreclosures ‘Short-Sale’ their homes as well as help other homeowners modify their existing loans to keep them in their properties. Tito quickly developed a strong foundation in the real estate business from the ground up from the multitude of transactions that he successfully processed and brought to a close. Fluent in Spanish and working in managerial and accounts receivable positions for over ten years in various industries with direct interaction with the public, he developed and honed a strong sense of consumer-oriented skills that he now tailors to each of his clients. Tito makes sure that all of his clients receive personal and detailed attention and focuses on their needs while bringing them up to speed in the real estate world of buying and selling their homes. Tito holds a Bachelor’s of Music degree from San Jose State University with a concentration in Music Composition. He also is a licensed C-27 Contractor with the Contractor’s State License Board and is an active Notary Public. Tito is also an active member of the Morgan Hill Chamber of Commerce. When not at the office, he enjoys spending his free time hanging out with family and friends, and working on computers. He also frequents the Morgan Hill movie theater Cinelux on a regular basis and loves eating at the local restaurants of which currently, he favors Noah’s Bar & Bistro. 

Adam Supnet is the latest member of the Help-U-Sell team, starting with us in 2019. Currently working as part-time California real estate agent, he is determined to maximize his time and provide full service for his clients. With the guidance of Tito and the GenX team, he intends to transition to a full-time real estate agent, expanding his knowledge while growing within the profession. Once full-time, he wants to hit the ground running; establishing a strong client base while building relationships throughout the community.
